Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app departments. The purpose of the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app community

To provide liaison between ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
